FESTIVAL OF FRANCE IN INDIA Festival de la France en Inde With more than 100 events from December 2009 to February 2010 across India and featuring close to 250 artists, designers, researchers and entrepreneurs, the Bonjour India festival is France’s most significant rendez-vous with India.
From New Delhi to Mumbai, Kolkata to Chennai, moving on to Hyderabad, Bangalore and thereon to other places, more than eighteen Indian cities will usher in a series of events. Exhibitions, concerts, literary and cinematographic events, artistic meets, debates and conferences, economic and scientific exchanges will be organised over a period of three months by Culturesfrance and the Embassy of France in India.
With the grateful support of regional communities and French and Indian business enterprises, this event will celebrate the more than 200-year-old richness of Indo-French friendship.
